Your shopping cart is saying my card has expired but it hasn’t.

Put the expired date that is on your card eg “04/21”

 

Why do I need to fill out my address if you are delivering my photos to the schoolol?

This is a requirement of (our merchant provider)

 

I’ve lost my envelope, what can I do?

Your school office has blank envelopes for you. They can also give you your access key to order online or you can call or email using the contact below. 

 

My access key doesn’t work, what do I do?

Type your access key – do not copy and paste the access key it may add extra characters or spaces. Your ID should contain 3 digits, 4 characters, the 2  digits – with no spaces. If you are still having trouble please contact us.

 

I didn’t receive my photos?

Check with the class teacher when the photos were handed out. Often missing orders are simply waiting to be handed out or still in the student’s school desk or bag. Also your child may have been absent. If the photos are still missing please contact us using the form below.
